Salesforce is now a software company. It distributes Internet-based management software and hosts enterprise applications. The company is best known internationally for its Customer relationship management. Precursor of Cloud computing, it is the world leader in customer relationship tools.
The wide distribution of Salesforce software and the Prestashop, Magento, Shopify and Woocommerce e-Commerce platforms led us to develop an initial configuration of exchanges between the CRM platform and the E-commerce CMS:
Retrieval of customers who have placed orders on the Prestashop, Magento, Shopify or Woocommerce site, either by linking the different shipping addresses to a single generic web client in Salesforce, or by creating a customer in Salesforce for each new customer in Prestashop, Magento, Shopify or Woocommerce (separate identifier in Prestashop, Magento, Shopify and Woocommerce).
