A few definitions
An ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) connector automates the extraction, transformation and loading of data between different sources and systems. It is essential for centralizing, integrating and efficiently exploiting data.
Extract, Transform, Load
On Premise : the ERP is installed on a local or hosted server (a Virtual Machine). Open Flux on Premise is installed in this environment:
- reads data directly from the ERP database, because it's risk-free.
- for writing, you need to use the tools provided by the ERP publisher to respect the integrity of management data
Open Flux Cloud (or On demand): Native web version (full web) that connects other software systems via API consumption.
Open Flux On Premise and cloud are often used together to simplify connections to web systems from local solutions.
Open Flux subscriptions are without notion of:
- user-defined
- unlimited number of flows
- volume is “capped” at 20,000 feeds per month.

Used to link several systems to exchange information.

Principles
Open Flux On Premise:

Open Flux Cloud (or On demand):
Native web version (full web) that connects to other software systems via APIs provided by the software publisher.
A flow is a sequence of unit processes.
Unit processing allows you to respond to any specific request for API consumption, data generation in an imposed format, data injection into a MySQL database, file placement on an FTP etc.
A blue print is a template (or mock-up) of a pair of interconnected systems. MySolutionConnect provides blue prints for all its customers.
Open flux can orchestrate flows between several sources (e.g. several companies) and several different targets, such as several e-commerce CMS, as well as business applications, CRM, EDM, financial databases, WMS...
Standard or customised
Two evolutionary approaches
We offer standard connectors, particularly for e-commerce sites. The flows are pre-configured according to our experience and, above all, according to the most frequent requests.
These connectors can be upgraded to custom connectors.
We configure Open Flux according to your needs as expressed in a specification provided by you or drawn up jointly.
The deployment method is then based on project mode: analysis, project management, configuration, testing and assistance with acceptance, followed by production start-up.
Open flux can orchestrate systems beyond a couple, combining standard and customised versions.
